Ajeet Singh is the co-founder and Executive Chairman at ThoughtSpot, a company revolutionizing analytics with search and AI. Driven by his passion for creation, Ajeet has built two multibillion dollar technology companies from the ground up - ThoughtSpot and Nutanix.
Prior to starting ThoughtSpot, he was co-founder and Chief Products Officer at Nutanix, the leader in the enterprise cloud industry and largest tech IPO of 2016.
Prior to Nutanix, Ajeet learned the ropes of enterprise technology startups as the Senior Director of Product Management at Aster Data, later acquired by Teradata for $300M. Ajeet has also held business and technical roles at Oracle, where he was part of the team that first launched Oracle Database to the Amazon EC2 cloud.
Amit is a Co-founder of ThoughtSpot and has deep experience in building large-scale analytics systems powered by AI and machine learning. Prior to ThoughtSpot, Amit led multiple ML engineering teams in the Google AdSense business, where the goal was to build some of the world's largest training systems and improve Google's revenue through better prediction models via feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and algorithm selection.
Before joining Google, Amit was a founding engineer for the Bing team at Microsoft, where he implemented PageRank-style algorithms and neural networks for search ranking.
Ketan Karkhanis is the CEO of ThoughtSpot. Prior to joining the company in September 2024, Ketan was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Sales Cloud at Salesforce. He returned to Salesforce in March 2022 after his time as the COO of Turvo, an emerging supply-chain collaboration platform. Before that, Ketan spent nearly a decade at Salesforce, where he led product areas in Sales, Service Cloud, Lightning Platform, and finally Analytics, wherein as the Senior Vice President & GM of Einstein Analytics, he pioneered incredible innovation, customer success, and business acceleration from launch to over $300M and a 30,000 strong user community. Prior to Salesforce, Ketan was at Cisco Systems where he led various technology initiatives and initiatives spanning Customer Advocacy, Cisco Certifications & eLearning.
Sumeet Arora is the Chief Development Officer at ThoughtSpot where he leads ThoughtSpot’s global Engineering, Product, Design, Growth, and Infosec teams in continuously improving and scaling the AI-powered data analytics platform. Under his leadership, ThoughtSpot brought to market ThoughtSpot SaaS as well as ThoughtSpot Sage, an AI-powered search experience and one of the first applications of LLMs in analytics.
Prior to joining ThoughtSpot, Sumeet served as SVP and GM of Service Provider Networking at Cisco. In this role, he led the Engineering and Product management team for the Service Provider routing portfolio and was responsible for driving profitable market share growth of this multi-billion dollar business.
Jeff Depa is the Chief Revenue Officer at ThoughtSpot where he leads the global go-to-market strategy and execution for a multi-product, multi-segment, multi-channel global business. With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, Jeff has a proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performance teams that drive durable hyper-growth at scale.
Prior to ThoughtSpot, Jeff was the CRO at Gainsight where he was responsible for growing and driving the global GTM organization across all segments, geographies and channels. Depa spearheaded Gainsight’s record growth across existing and new markets, including entry into APJ and the integration of acquisitions that broadened its product portfolio. Earlier in his career, Jeff spent 5 years as the CRO at Lucidworks and held leadership positions at Datastax, Oracle and Sun Microsystems.

Cindi is an analytics and BI thought leader and expert with a flair for bridging business needs with technology. Cindi was previously a Gartner research Vice President, as the lead author for the data and analytics maturity model and analytics and BI Magic Quadrant, and a popular keynote speaker. She introduced new research in data and AI for good, NLP/BI Search, and augmented analytics and brought both the BI bake offs and innovation panels to Gartner globally. Prior to joining Gartner, she was founder of BI Scorecard, a resource for in-depth product reviews based on exclusive hands-on testing, contributor to Information Week, and the author of several books including: Successful Business Intelligence: Unlock the Value of BI & Big Data and SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.0: The Complete Reference.
Ahmed is the Chief Customer Officer of ThoughtSpot where he is responsible for delivering a world-class experience to ThoughtSpot customers as they look to fundamentally transform how they leverage data to make decisions, build products, and realize value from their analytics investments. Ahmed brings over 20+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams focused on delighting customers.
Prior to Thoughtspot, Ahmed was most recently Chief Customer Officer at Heap, a leader in Digital Experience Analytics, with responsibility for all post-sales Go To Market teams, including the technical pre-sales team. Ahmed led the evolution at Heap to deliver a value realization and growth-focused customer journey. He launched digital Customer Success motions through Community and scaled engagement, leading up to the acquisition of Heap by Contentsquare. Ahmed has built and scaled post-sales at Reltio and technical pre-sales at Salesforce, Informatica, and Siperian in prior roles. Ahmed's career started in the consulting world, delivering analytics solutions as a consultant with IBM, PwC Consulting, and Accenture.
Anthony Lee-Masis is the Chief Information Security Officer at ThoughtSpot, where he leads the company's cybersecurity initiatives to protect critical information and infrastructure. He is responsible for developing and implementing ThoughtSpot’s comprehensive security strategies, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of company and client data across global operations.
Prior to joining ThoughtSpot, Lee-Masis served as the CISO & Data Protection Officer at Xactly Corp, where he spearheaded major security initiatives that supported the company’s successful IPO in 2015.
Kelley Jarrett is the SVP of Strategy, Operations, and Enablement at ThoughtSpot where she is responsible for the strategy to drive revenue growth and operational excellence across the GTM organization. As a dynamic sales and marketing leader with nearly 20 years of experience in software, Kelley has a proven track record of success improving operational efficiency, executing GTM strategy, and engaging high performing teams who help businesses more effectively use data to support business priorities, decisions, and strategy.
Prior to ThoughtSpot, Kelley was the VP of Sales Strategy, Operations & Enablement at Gainsight where she built the sales enablement function, spearheaded Gainsight’s buyer-aligned sales process and value selling methodology, optimized sales operations, and drove seller engagement initiatives. Having started her software career as a seller at Blackbaud, a SaaS company that serves the social good market, Kelley witnessed first hand how software can help organizations further their mission and goals. Today, Kelley remains committed to working with industry-leading companies who have deep impact on the markets they serve.
John Colson is the Senior Vice President of North American Sales at ThoughtSpot, where he leads the company's sales strategy and operations across the region. With over 30 years of experience in software sales, John is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing the sales organization, and expanding ThoughtSpot's footprint in North America.
A seasoned leader in the software and analytics industries, John has a proven track record of building and scaling successful SaaS businesses. Before joining ThoughtSpot, he served as SVP of Sales for Salesforce CRM Analytics, where he led the division to surpass $600M in annual recurring revenue. Earlier in his career, John has held leadership positions at Oracle, CorVu, SeeCommerce, and Hyperion Solutions.
Srikant Gokulnatha is a product executive and thought leader with a proven track record of success in enterprise software. He currently serves as ThoughtSpot’s SVP of Engineering, having joined the leadership team from Mode Analytics, where he previously served as Chief Operating Officer. In his role, Srikant is responsible for ThoughtSpot’s engineering execution and scale.
Before ThoughtSpot and Mode, Srikant served as Senior Vice President of Product at Digital.ai, where he was responsible for the company’s Value Stream Management platform. Prior to that, he co-founded business analytics startup, Numerify (funded by Sequoia and LSVP) and led engineering, product marketing and strategy at Oracle, Hyperion Solutions and MicroStrategy.
Bhargav Addala is the SVP of Product Management at ThoughtSpot, where he is responsible for ThoughtSpot’s global Product Management, Documentation & Training teams driving and scaling the Search & AI-driven analytics platform. Prior to joining ThoughtSpot, he led Product Management at Birst and post acquisition served as VP Product Management at Infor. In these roles, he led Birst’s data platform and embedded analytics efforts and subsequently Infor’s analytics portfolio. Bhargav has an MBA from MIT Sloan, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani.
Kim Skornik is the Vice President of People at ThoughtSpot. She is responsible for recruiting, HR operations, total rewards, business partnering, employee engagement, and oversees the facilities team. She brings 17 years of diverse HR experience to her role. Prior to joining ThoughtSpot in 2021, Kim led global HR teams across various industries including financial services and real estate.
