This week, ThoughtSpot gathered virtually with thousands of global customers, partners, and friends to share our vision for the future of analytics at Beyond 2021. A future where everyone in your business can create personalized insights and operationalize them to drive smarter business actions using self-service reporting. And where innovative brands like Snowflake, Starbucks, Just Eat Takeaway, and Opendoor are already building their businesses on data with the Modern Analytics Cloud. Through these powerful customer stories, strengthened support from partners at dbt Labs and Databricks, and exciting product innovations like the new Data Workspace, SpotApps, and Live Analytics, attendees experienced what’s possible in life after dashboards.
Below is a recap of our favorite moments from this year's show. If you weren’t able to join live, or just want to replay the sessions again, you can catch every minute on demand.
The business case for modern cloud analytics
ThoughtSpot Chief Data Strategy Officer, Cindi Howson kicked off with a candid discussion of why businesses must invest in a modern cloud analytics platform, now more than ever. In her own words, “Spending millions on infrastructure changes that the business can’t see or act on is what’s driving a bigger wedge between business and IT.”
The secret to turning this around? Analytics that can run searches on all of your cloud data at the most granular level, create automated AI-driven insights at the speed of digital business, and deliver action-oriented insights at the point of impact for all workers at all levels. The world’s first look at Live Analytics
Next up, ThoughtSpot Co-Founder and Executive Chairman, Ajeet Singh took a deep dive into ThoughtSpot’s dynamic search architecture, purpose-built to deliver customers a highly interactive, consumer-grade user experience for data, all at cloud-scale.
It’s this unique architecture that powers all of ThoughtSpot’s Live Analytics services including Liveboards, live search, live charts, live monitoring, and live actions. And because these services run live on your cloud data, you can be sure your insights reflect what’s happening in your business right now, not a snapshot from two days or two months ago.
